STORY BEHIND
I never knew my father. He was a war martyr who gave his life in service before I could remember his face. I grew up in his absence, but also in the quiet strength of his legacy. Raised in Rajasthan by my grandparents and my mother, I was surrounded by people who carried grief, love, duty, and resilience without ever speaking much about it. As a child, I learned to notice what people hold inside and what they never say out loud.

Then life moved me into a different world. A new country, a new life, and a growing distance from the warmth, rituals, and shared understanding I had once known. What had held us together so naturally slowly became memory. It was only when I became a mother that I truly felt what was missing. Watching my children grow up between two worlds, I saw how easily identity can remain while roots begin to fade.

Boho began from that feeling. A need for a space where people can feel seen, share their stories, and reconnect with the culture and community that shape them. At our very first gathering, I saw people open up, connect, and leave feeling lighter. That is when I knew this was more than an event. It was a space of belonging.
